We had a project to convert a 3-season screened porch into a mudroom and office and add a second story bedroom above. The job was big enough that some small contractors were not up for it, and small enough that some big firms came in with bids that were very expensive. Shawn’s prices were fair and transparent, and the work was great. Shawn also had to deal with some material shortages during the project and a few unexpected surprises along the way but was very flexible and accommodating. We are very happy with the final product.
